Cancellation & Refund

1. Company-Initiated Cancellations Scuba diving is highly dependent on the Arabian Sea’s conditions and Indian Coast Guard permissions.

    • Weather/Safety: If the sea is rough or permissions are denied, we will offer a Full Refund or a Free Reschedule to the next available date.
    • Technical Issues: In the rare event of boat or equipment failure, a full refund will be processed.

2. Guest-Initiated Cancellations

    • More than 7 days notice: 100% refund (minus a 5% processing fee).
    • 3 to 7 days notice: 50% refund.
    • Less than 72 hours notice: No refund (as boat slots and permits are pre-paid and non-transferable).

3. “In-Water” Refunds
If a diver decides not to dive once they reach the island or after the training session due to fear or “equalizing” issues, no refund will be issued as the operational costs (boat, fuel, instructor, permit) have already been incurred.

4. Refund Processing
All eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
